Our Terms of Service are being finalized.
SweepSync's full Terms of Service are currently being prepared and reviewed by counsel. We expect to publish them shortly. In the meantime, here's the essence of what they will say:
SweepSync is an information directory — it is not a casino, does not operate any games, and does not process any wagers or financial transactions. We display publicly available promotional information from third-party sweepstakes casinos. The casinos themselves, not SweepSync, are responsible for their own offerings.
The Service is intended for users 18 years of age or older in the United States. You are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws of your state regarding sweepstakes casinos.
